Day-McKellar Preparatory School is proud to
offer private instruction and specialized classes to students from San Diego and adjacent counties and Mexico during
the afternoon, evening and weekend hours at IMagic School. Students attending public and private schools during the school
day can receive individual instruction to stay on top of a subject, remediate skills and advance scholarship. Students can
complete all special projects, essays and prepare for upcoming tests. We show students how to organize, manage time and become scholars
who know how to show what they know.
We offer additional instruction for students in kindergarten through
college, in all subjects, through college-level calculus. Students work in a premier private school to sharpen basic skills and grow as expert
readers, seasoned writers and gifted mathematicians. Students who are at-risk for retention as well as those who are
looking to remain on the cutting edge benefit from private instruction as well as small, specialized classes. It is for students
who want to reach new heights, and the parents who want to put them there. Individual instruction is 1:1 and classes vary
in size depending on the topic.

Attend up to 12 hours per week to complete
homework, all reports, essays and school projects in a premier private school with individual attention from the brightest
and best in education. Students master basic skills, hone their skills as they become advanced scholars and learn
how to show what they know on tests. Middle school and high school students may also attend a circuit excercise class at The
Peak during their time at the After School Academy. Improve your sleep, improve your mind, improve your life.
Children's Museum (After School Academy)
Grades 1 - 5
Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM
$25 per day drop-in or $125 Monthly, unlimited
The Children's Museum is available for children grades K - 5 in
the afternoon hours during the school year. Students attending the Children's Museum may complete homework and/or work
on enrichment in reading comprehension, literary response, writing and publishing, math facts and problem solving, hands-on
science as well as exceptional art experiences in many media. Students may also attend a kids' circuit exercise class
at The Peak during their time in the Children's Museum. Mind, body, spirit--make the connection!
